All products sold by Jokeboxed are:

• • Empty novelty boxes for entertainment purposes only
• • Not actual medical, legal, or professional equipment
• • Designed to hide real gifts inside
• • Intended for recipients with appropriate sense of humor
• • Not suitable for all audiences or situations

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.

The Prankster Points (PP) program is subject to the following terms:

• • Points are earned at a rate of 1 PP per $1 spent
• • Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 PP = $5 discount
• • Points do not expire but are non-transferable
• • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program
• • Fraudulent activity may result in point forfeiture
• • Points have no cash value and cannot be sold

When you place an order, you agree that:

• • You are authorized to use the payment method
• • We may verify your information before processing
• • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• • Prices are subject to change without notice
• • You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service.

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express or implied.

We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to relationship issues, emotional distress, physical reactions, or any other outcomes.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
