Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, we'll send the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. No need to wait for the return to be processed.

Prank Gone Wrong

While we can't be responsible for relationship consequences, we understand that sometimes pranks don't go as planned. Contact us if you need to return an unused item due to changed circumstances - we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges, but the process is simple:

  1. 1. Return your original item following our return process
  2. 2. Place a new order for the item you want
  3. 3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

This ensures you get the new item quickly while your return is being processed.

Prankster Points & Returns

Points Earned: If you earned Prankster Points from a purchase that you later return, those points will be deducted from your account when the return is processed.

Points Used: If you used Prankster Points for a discount on a returned item, those points will be restored to your account when the return is processed.

Partial Returns: For partial returns, points will be adjusted proportionally based on the returned items.
